This Incident Type to be used for any type of report other than those listed. This area may be used to report general information regarding police matters, including graffiti and vandalism if you wish to remain anonymous. If you wish to send photographs, you may attach the photos to the email response you will receive once you have filed your report, however you must include your email address to submit photographs.This area may be used for reporting nuisance properties, unusualy high residential traffic,or other concerns you may have regarding activity in Stockton. Your concerns matter to us. This is a free form text area and your personal information is kept confidential. You may also report vandalism or graffiti in this area if you wish to remain anonymous.
Someone falsely makes or alters a written instrument to affect a legal right. Someone forges your signature on a check to withdraw money.
Someone uses your debit or credit card number without your consent. Someone uses your credit card number to make online transactions.
A person uses your identifying information to obtain benefits unlawfully. Someone uses your name and social security number to obtain a credit card without your consent.
A person enters a business during regular operating hours, and steals or attempts to steal merchandise. This online form can be used by Business Owners and Designated Employees, when they want to prosecute Identifiable and Cooperative suspects; as well as any shoplifting incidents with unknown suspects.A person enters a business during regular hours of operation, and steals or attempts to steal merchandise, food, drinks, alcohol, etc.
Property is taken without your permission. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person. Someone steals items from your vehicle or property.
A person uses false pretenses to obtain property or services. Someone uses an internet scam to have you send them money.
Property is lost and then stolen by someone else. You leave your wallet/cellphone on a table of a restaurant and someone else comes and takes it.
Someone damages property belonging to you. Someone breaks the window out of your car or sprays grafitti on your property.
