There are several different incident types that can be reported using the online reporting system. Please select one from the list below and continue. If the incident you are reporting has a known suspect, you should call the San Leandro Police Department to make your report.

	ANNOYING OR HARASSING PHONE CALLS	Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.	Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.
	CUSTODY ORDER VIOLATION	Willful disobedience of custody terms outlined in a valid and served court order.	A parent was late for drop-off or return of a child at a specified time as outlined in a child custody. This is NOT to report child concealment.
	FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARD	Unauthorized use of a credit card or debit card.	An unauthorized person that you don't know makes a purchase with your credit or debit card.
	HIT AND RUN VEHICLE COLLISION	Leaving the scene of an accident without providing required license, insurance or vehicle information.	Damage caused by another vehicle in which the driver should have left information or fled the scene without stopping to exchange information.
	IDENTITY THEFT	Obtaining someone else's personal identifying information and using it to obtain credit, goods or services.	Someone obtains a credit card using your S.S.N. or obtains phone service using your personal information.
	LOST PROPERTY	When property is missing or lost.	Property that is missing, items left behind at restaurants, wallet left at store, missing cell phone, etc.
	SUPPLEMENT	Add information to an already existing report. Please make sure you have the report number for the report you originally filed.	You have additional property that you have discovered missing or information regarding the report you have already filed
	THEFT	Your property is taken without your permission.	Property known to be stolen from yards, open areas, unlocked vehicles, etc. Lost property is not a theft.
	THEFT FROM A VEHICLE	Property is stolen from a motor vehicle.	Stolen items or belongings from a vehicle that was locked.
	VANDALISM OF PROPERTY	Damaging or defacing public or private property.	Graffiti, spray paint on walls or sidewalk, knocking over mail box, throwing rocks through windows, etc.
	VANDALISM OF VEHICLE	Tampering with a Motor vehicle.	Keying or scratches in paint, broken windows, eggs, spray paint, or attempts to remove parts.
