| | Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature. | Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects. |
| | Willful disobedience of custody terms outlined in a valid and served court order. | A parent was late for drop-off or return of a child at a specified time as outlined in a child custody. This is NOT to report child concealment. |
| | Unauthorized use of a credit card or debit card. | An unauthorized person that you don't know makes a purchase with your credit or debit card. |
| | Leaving the scene of an accident without providing required license, insurance or vehicle information. | Damage caused by another vehicle in which the driver should have left information or fled the scene without stopping to exchange information. |
| | Obtaining someone else's personal identifying information and using it to obtain credit, goods or services. | Someone obtains a credit card using your S.S.N. or obtains phone service using your personal information. |
| | When property is missing or lost. | Property that is missing, items left behind at restaurants, wallet left at store, missing cell phone, etc. |
| | Add information to an already existing report. Please make sure you have the report number for the report you originally filed. | You have additional property that you have discovered missing or information regarding the report you have already filed |
| | Your property is taken without your permission. | Property known to be stolen from yards, open areas, unlocked vehicles, etc. Lost property is not a theft. |
| | Property is stolen from a motor vehicle. | Stolen items or belongings from a vehicle that was locked. |
| | Damaging or defacing public or private property. | Graffiti, spray paint on walls or sidewalk, knocking over mail box, throwing rocks through windows, etc. |
| | Tampering with a Motor vehicle. | Keying or scratches in paint, broken windows, eggs, spray paint, or attempts to remove parts. |
