| | A case where citizens have an issue or problem with another person or company that is not criminal in nature | Child custody complaints, divorce decree complaints, civil standbys, Disagreements that are not criminal. |
| | A deliberate act of damaging, defacing or destroying personal or public property.
| Mailbox maliciously damaged; "Keying a car's paint finish; broken windows; defacement of public or private property, Having eggs, shaving cream or toilet paper thrown at house or property. No permanent damage to any property, etc...Note: Gang related graffiti must be reported directly to the PD by calling (334)298-0611.

| | A person who assumes the identity of another or the false identity of a person in order to gain an economic benefit or to defraud another person. | A person pretends to be the representative of an organization with the intent to gain monetary benefits or to defraud a person. |
| | A person who uses or attempts to use the credit card or debit card of another person without their consent for the purpose of gaining property, services, or anything of value. | Your credit or debit card being used at a business or ATM without your knowledge or permission. |
| | Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.
| Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.

| | The taking and use of someone else's personal identification information to obtain credit, goods or services. | Unknown person obtains a credit card or some other goods or service by use of your personal information (such as : name, Social Security number, date of birth, etc.). |
| | The act of participating in inappropriate behaviors, unwanted behaviors, or ungovernable behaviors as a minor or individual younger than the statutory age. | A minor child refusing to go to school; A minor child refusing to do chores; A minor child not listening to parents or guardians; etc. |
| | Property that has been lost or misplaced. | Personal items that are missing with no indication they were stolen, i.e. left at a restaurant or other public place. Often insurance companies or third parties request a report number. Note: the value of the property must be less than a $1,000. |
| | An issue or problem with a person or persons who live near you or close to your residence. | A neighbor’s vehicle is over the property line; A neighbor is blowing leaves or debris into yard; Neighbor’s animals coming onto property, etc. |
| | A vehicle accident that occurs on land or property that is not owned by the government or a state-owned business. An accident involving vehicles on privately owned property. | An accident between two or more vehicles that occurs in a restaurant parking lot; An accident that occurs in a store parking lot; A vehicle striking a mailbox on a private driveway.

| | The damage of real or tangible personal property caused by negligence, an act of nature or unintentional damage | A shopping cart striking a vehicle in a parking lot; Car door striking another vehicle; Tree limb falling on fence; Storm damage, etc. |
| | When property is taken without your permission. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person. | Items stolen from your yard, driveway, porch or other common shared areas such as garages or laundry facilities of apartment complexes. The theft can not have occurred as a result of a break-in to your home, business or vehicle. |
