If you have video evidence, call 217-431-2225 so arrangements can be made for an officer to take possession.

Someone puts gas in their car then drives away without paying for the gas.
E-mails or messages received via social media or social media posts that are sent or posted with the intent to harass or offend.

It is required that you upload screenshots of texts, posts or e-mails.

An unknown individual sends you a threatening message via social media as a result of a post you had made.
Phone calls where the caller makes obscene comments with the intent to offend; repetitive phone calls to annoy or harass; threatening phone calls.The caller makes inappropriate comments to offend or upset you. You receive several calls within a short period of time where the caller hangs up.
When property is accidentally left behind.Leaving a wallet, purse, cellular phone, etc. at a business or losing a watch or piece of jewelry at a park.
When your own property is taken without your permission.

This does not include someone physically taking something from your person.

Items stolen from your yard, driveway, porch, or other common shared areas such as garages or laundry facilities of apartment complexes.
Parts or accessories were removed from your vehicle.Your hubcaps are stolen. Your catalytic converter is stolen.
You left money or property at a location on accident and returned to find the property is no longer there.You left your jacket at a restaurant and find it's been taken when you returned to retrieve it.
Request for an increased police patrol of your home while you are on vacation.

House Watch is not for homes that are for sale, abandoned or in foreclosure.

You are leaving on vacation and you have concerns of possible burglaries, thefts, vandalism, etc.
When your property is damaged by someone.Car windows smashed or tires slashed, graffiti is painted on your house.
