Debit/Credit Card Abuse	Unauthorized use of credit or debit cards. If you have physical evidence (i.e. receipts, credit card statements) please attach copies of the evidence documents to the online report.	An unauthorized charge appears on your credit card statement.
Garage Burglary	Burglary of an open garage.	Where a person(s) came into an unlocked garage and took some tools, etc.
Harassment	Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.	Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc.

Identity Theft	Obtaining someone else's personal identifying information and using it to obtain credit, goods or services.	Someone obtains a credit card using your S.S.N. or obtains phone service using your personal information.
Lost Property	When property is missing or lost. PLEASE DO NOT REPORT LOST OR MISSING FIREARMS ONLINE	Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home. PLEASE DO NOT REPORT LOST OR MISSING FIREARMS ONLINE
Simple Assault	Simple assault consists of unwanted contact which does not rise to the level of injury (pain, visible injuries, or the need for medical treatment). It also includes threats to commit an assault which does not involve serious injury (threats to fight someone).	A Person is threatening to do bodily harm to another person and apparently has the capability of completing the harm.
Theft	Your property is taken without your permission. If property was taken from a motor vehicle, this is not a theft, please use "Vehicle Burglary" to report this crime instead.	Property known to be stolen and missing may be reported. Lost property is not a theft. Property taken from a vehicle is "Vehicle Burglary".
Vandalism	The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property.	Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
Vandalism to Vehicle	Tampering with a Motor vehicle.	Keying, broken windows, or attempts to remove parts or spray painting onto a vehicle.
Vehicle Burglary	Property is stolen from a motor vehicle.	Stolen equipment or belongings from a vehicle.
