Incident Type	Definition	Examples
Assault	Simple Assault - No weapon or serious injury	One person pushes another person.
Auto Accident	A minor crash on a city street (non-injury) or on private property (such as a parking lot) involving at least one motor vehicle.	Two cars back out of a parking space at the same time and hit one another.
Bicycle Theft	Theft of your bicycle with a value less than $3000.00.	Someone takes your bicycle from your driveway or porch with a total value less than $3000.00.
Court Order/Custody Violations	Willful disobedience of custody terms outlined in a court order.	Failing to turn over a child at a designated time/place in violation of a court order.
Criminal Damaging	Knowingly or recklessly cause or create a substantial risk of physical harm to the property of another.	Graffiti, a rock thrown through a window, or damage to lawn ornaments.
Harassing Phone Call	Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing, or threatening nature.	Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc, with no known suspects.
Hit and Run	Leaving the scene of an accident without providing required license, insurance, or vehicle information.	Damage caused by another vehicle in which the driver should have left information or fled the scene failing to stop.
Lost Property	When Property is missing or Lost	Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home.
Narcotic Tip	Suspected Sales, use, or production of illegal narcotics, or illegal sales of pharmaceuticals.	Suspected meth lab, drug sales from private residences, or areas known to be frequented by users and/or sellers
Private Property Registration	Register your high value items like televisions, video game consoles, electronics, and toys. This will allow recovered items to be returned to their rightful owners.	Television, Xbox, stereo, or bicycle.
Student Report	Students and parents can use this link to report bullying or other activities that are cause for concern within our schools. The School Resource Officer will review all reports and may share information with school officials.	A student feels they are being bullied or have witness someone being bullied and want to report it.
Theft (Less than $3000.00)	When property is taken without your permission. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person.	Items stolen from your yard, driveway, porch or other common shared areas such as garages or laundry facilities of apartment complexes.
Theft of a Credit Card or Check - NOT USED	Theft of Credit Card or Check with NO ATTEMPT to use it	Someone takes your purse or wallet which contained a credit card or check. To your knowledge they have not used the credit card.
Theft of prescription medication	Someone takes your prescription medication without your permission.	Your prescription medication is taken from you without your permission.
