There are several different incident types that can be reported using the internet. Please select one from the list below and continue. If the incident you are reporting has a possible suspect or does not meet the criteria listed in the “Definitions” below, please call us at 425-577-5656 to report it.

Incident Type	Definition	Examples
Harassing Phone Call	Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.	Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.
Identity Theft	An unknown person uses your identity or financial information to obtain credit, goods or services.	Someone opens up a line of credit using your personal information.
Illegal Dumping	The discarding of trash or garbage on private property or in a public place.	Someone is dumping old furniture in the empty lot behind your house.
Lost Property	When property is missing or lost.	Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home.
Motor Vehicle Prowl	Personal property is stolen from a motor vehicle or vehicle is damaged in an attempted prowl.	Purse, books, glasses, broken window, etc.
Supplemental Reports	Add information to an already existing report. Please make sure you have the original report number.	You have additional property that you have discovered missing or information regarding the report you have already filed.
Theft	Property is stolen from a non-secured or unprotected area. If taken from motor vehicle, use Motor Vehicle Prowl above. Property Value under $1500.	Property known to be stolen, such as yard ornament or UPS/FED EX package from porch. Lost property is not a theft.
Theft of Mail	US Mail is stolen from your mailbox.	Mail has been removed from your locked or unlocked mailbox.
Tip Line - Narcotics Activity	Drug-related activities, relating to the sale or distribution of illegal drugs, locations where drug selling is occurring, names of drug pushers, or anything else that you think may assist us in combating illegal drugs.	There is a lot of traffic in the rental house at the corner all hours of the night.
Tip Line - Suspicious Activity	Information on illegal or suspicious activity in the area that may not be observed by or unknown to an officer.	This could be anything from a chronic noise complaint - neighbor's dog barks all day - to a tip on major crime
Traffic Complaint	Reporting of a location that requires extra traffic control because of excessive speeding vehicles, the continuous disregard for warning signs, or any other area where extra enforcement is needed.	People driving through your neighborhood at excessive speed. Drivers fail to stop at posted intersections consistently.
Vandalism	The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property. Damaged value cannot exceed $1500.	Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
