| Entered the store and observed taking property belonging to the store, then left building without any attempt to pay for stolen property.
All stolen items must be entered individually, however identical items can be entered by the quantity taken of that item. For example, 3 packages of Huggies diapers, 2 bottles of Pepsi, etc.
