  Non-injury accidents that occur on private property and did not involve a driver with a suspected impairment.

Does not include damage done by parked vehicles (door dings).

Backed out of a stall and rear ended another vehicle in a parking lot. Minor vehicle-to-vehicle collisions on private property.
  Destruction/damage of property or a vehicle that is not the result of an accident.Someone broke your lawn ornaments, keyed your car, broke a window, slashed your tires.
  Without consent of cardholder, card or card number is used with intent to defraud and obtain money, goods, property or services.Using a financial card without the consent of the cardholder, using a financial card, or the number or description thereof, which has been revoked or canceled, or using a falsified, mutilated, altered, or nonexistent financial card or number.
  Use of a phone, computer, email, social media or other electronic means to transmit indecent, threatening or abusive communications.Repeated calls with hang ups or calls, texts, or messaging with obscene language or images.
  Information submitted to the Police Department regarding lost property.You left your property on the bus, park bench, in shopping cart, etc.
  A request for additional police patrols at a specific address for a designated time span.

Please allow five days for request processing.

You're going on vacation for specific dates and no one, or only listed individuals, should have access to your residence.
  Property with a value less than $1,500 that was taken without permission.

Theft of a vehicle, license plate, gun, or property with a value over $1,500 must be reported in person.

Lawn mower stolen from the yard, unauthorized person provided false information to gain control of the property.
  Complete a form granting permission for police to arrest individuals in your absence on your property or property you manage.Business owner concerned with individuals using property during non-business hours.
