There are several different types of crime reported online. Please select one from the list below and continue. If the incident you are reporting has a known suspect, physical evidence, or doesn't fall within the specific definitions below please contact Weber Dispatch at (801) 395-8221.

Incident TypeDefinitionExamples
  A vehicle accident where there are NO INJURIES or only property damage. You are involved in an accident where there is damage to your car but NOBODY IS INJURED OR REQUIRES MEDICAL ATTENTION. GENERALLY, NO FOLLOW UP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON YOUR ACCIDENT.
  Bicycle theft.Your bicycle was taken without your permission.
  Non-criminal issues which need documentation.

Custody or visitation issues, most landlord/tenant issues, disputes over money owed to another, property issues resulting from a divorce, breach of (civil) contracts, etc.

Harassment Between Cohabitants Cannot Be Reported Online
  Intentional and unlawful tampering with the property of another Spray painted fence or wall with gang names or monikers. (property) Fence damaged or window broken (property). Broken window, keyed paint, etc. (vehicle)
  Wrongful or criminal deception to gain access to information, services, items, or financial gains.Fraud can be committed through many media resources, including mail, wire, phone, and internet computer crimes, as well as embezzlement.
  Someone known or unknown to you has stolen your credit or debit card and used it to make purchases or charges without your permission.Someone known or unknown to you has stolen your credit or debit card and used it to make purchases or charges without your permission.
  No attempt to pay for dispensed fuel.Fuel pumped at a gas station and no attempt to pay via cash or credit card.
  Receiving unwanted or harassing phone calls, voice messages or text messagesNon-threatening, unwanted phone calls or text messages from an unknown or known person.
  Leaving the scene of an accident without providing required license, insurance or vehicle information.Damage caused by another vehicle in which the driver should have left information or fled the scene without stopping to exchange information.

  Property that is missing or lost. Items left in a restaurant, misplaced cell phone, misplaced any item of value.
  Your mail is taken without your permission.Mail known to be stolen and missing may be reported.

Lost mail is not a theft.

You must have the original report number prior to filing a Supplement. This is NOT your T number.

You have additional property that you have discovered missing or information regarding the report you have already filed.
  When property is taken without your permission. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person.Item(s) stolen from you or your yard, driveway, porch, etc.
  Theft from a public building.Item(s) stolen from you while you were in a restaurant, library, store, etc.
  Theft of vehicle parts or property that is attached to your vehicle.Vehicle parts; Tires, catalytic converter, license plates, etc.
  Tips to law enforcement are potentially criminal matters requiring investigation, but do not necessarily need an immediate police response. Tips can made anonymously by any person with knowledge of these events.Violations of controlled substance laws including manufacturing, distribution, and trafficking of controlled substances; person’s crimes such as human trafficking, sex trafficking, and prostitution-related offenses; suspicious behavior which may indicate a terrorist or mass-casualty attack.
  Items stolen from the inside of a motor vehicle.Theft of property left inside of a motor vehicle.
