Incident Type

There are several different incident types that can be entered using the Internet. Please select one from the list below and continue. If the incident you are reporting has a known suspect or evidence, you should contact us at 719-390-5555.

  You have been contacted by someone offering property or services as part of a scheme or plan with no intent to provide the property or services at all.Someone has contacted you about hail damage on your roof and you signed a contract and provided money for work never done.
Someone advertised a car on craigslist and you sent them money but never got the vehicle.
  An unknown person unlawfully entered a building or occupied structure with the intent to commit a crime AND there is no evidence, no viable suspect information (known person(s), known address(s), etc.). THE STRUCTURE CANNOT BE A RESIDENCE THAT IS CURRENTLY INHABITED. Someone has entered a storage unit you rent and taken items (not a vehicle) stored there.
Someone has entered a home that is under construction and caused damage to the interior. (No one currently lives in the residence)
Someone has broken into your store that was closed for the night and stolen items from a display rack.
  If you have property that has been damaged through a criminal act and you have no viable suspects or evidence you can report the damage to your property here.Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
  If your vehicle has been damaged through a criminal act and you have no viable suspects or evidence you can report the damage to your vehicle here.Any damage to your vehicle.
  If you had someone tamper with your property with the intent to cause you injury, annoyance or inconvenience you can report that here as well.Flouring your car, toilet papering your home or trees, etc.
  An unknown person has trespassed on your property. You may not use this report if you have any type of suspect information, or evidence that can be tracked back to an owner or identity of a suspect. Items found in your shed, not belonging to you (i.e Litter, or other items that cannot be traced back to an owner); Gate has been opened to your backyard; Strange footprints on your land.
  If someone breaks into or enters your vehicle and either damages the interior or removed property from inside the vehicle you can report the damage or theft here. Entering or breaking into your vehicle and removing or attempting to remove property such as purses, laptops, stereos, CDs, GPS units, etc.
  A person, knowing he has insufficient funds, with the intent to defraud, issues a check for payment of services.A person has their house painted and pays with a check knowing there is not money to cover the expense.
  An unknown person makes a telephone call or causes a telephone to ring repeatedly.An unknown person keeps leaving threatening messages on your phone.
  An unknown person will not leave you alone or is threatening or annoying you. You keep finding notes on your car at work threatening you if keep parking in the same spot.
  An unknown person is using your identity fraudulently. You are notified by the IRS that someone has filed a tax return in our name, you have received a credit denial letter for a credit card you did not apply for, or your personal information was used to make purchases online or out of state AND there is no evidence, no viable suspect information (known person(s), known address(s), etc.)
  If an unknown person has dumped rubbish, waste material, refuse, garbage, trash, debris or other foreign substances onto your property you can report the littering here. (Note: The owner of the property is responsible for the removal of the material and any costs associated.)An unknown person has dumped rubbish, waste material, refuse, garbage, trash, debris or other foreign substances onto your property.
  If you want to report property you lost such as a wallet, cellular telephone, or any other property of value you can report the lost property here.Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home.
  If an unknown person has taken property from you and has no intention to compensate or return the property to you, you can report the theft of your property here. The total value of the item(s) stolen has to be less than $2,000.00. Property known to be stolen and missing may be reported. Lost property is not a theft.
  You have been contacted by someone claiming to know you who requests you send funds, regardless of whether you actually sent the funds or not, and you now believe you were/are a victim of a scam.Someone has called you claiming to be a family member in need of an operation, or bail money or some other need.
Someone has cultivated an online relationship with you and asked you to send them money.
Someone has contacted you claiming you have been communicating with their underage child and wants money.
  If you have unauthorized charges against your credit or debit card less than $10,000.00 and you have no viable suspects or evidence, you can report the crime here.Someone has made charges to or withdrawn money from your account(s) without your permission or knowledge and the amount is less than $10,000.00.
