Incident Type

There are several different incident types that can be entered using the internet. Please select one from the list below and continue. If the incident you are reporting has a known suspect, you should instead call us.
Incident TypeDefinitionExamples
  Use this form to submit additional stolen property items which were not reported in your original Theft or Burglary report. You may submit additional property for case numbers which were issued either through the online system or a responding officer. If you received a paper copy of our SO-136 form you may use this online form to submit your property to add to your case file.A officer responded to your call for service regarding a theft or burglary and issued you a case number. You may have received an SO-136 form for submitting additional stolen property items at a later time. or You filed an online report regarding a theft of property or a vehicle burglary and it has been reviewed and approved by an online deputy. You may submit additional stolen property items through this form.
  Willful disobedience of custody terms outlined in a court order.A parent did not return a child at a specified time, per a child custody order.
  Unauthorized use of credit card or debit card.Unauthorized person makes a purchase with YOUR credit card or debit card.
  Non-crime reportsReport any incident that is not a crime.
  Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.
  House CheckYou are away from your residence on vacation etc. and would like an officer to check your house periodically.
  Obtaining someone else's personal identifying information and using it to obtain credit, goods or services.Someone obtains a credit card using your S.S.N. or obtains phone service using your personal information.
  When property is missing or lost.Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home.
  Your property is taken without your permission.Property known to be stolen and missing may be reported. Lost property is not a theft.
  When property is taken without your permission from your locked or unlocked vehicle. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person. Property is stolen from a motor vehicle.Stolen belongings from a locked or unlocked vehicle.
  When property is taken without your permission. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person.Parts or accessories stolen off of a motor vehicle.
  The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property.Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
  Tampering with a Motor vehicle.Keying, broken windows, or attempts to remove parts.
