There are several different incident types that can be entered using the internet. Please select one from the list below and continue.

  Non-criminal issues which need documentation.Non court ordered custody/ visitation issues, most landlord/tenant issues, disputes over money owed to another, property issues resulting from a divorce, breach of (civil) contracts, etc.
  A child being withheld from an individual who is entitled to custody of the child through a custodial agreement/divorce decree. An individual not exchanging child/ren during other individual/parent time.
  When someone uses your bank information to obtain goods, services, etc.An online or in-person transaction with your bank information.
  With intent to annoy, alarm, intimidate, offend, abuse, threaten, harass, frighten, or disrupt the electronic communications of another.A person makes repeated contact to your electronic device after they have been told not to contact.
  When a motor vehicle accident occurs and one of the involved parties fails to provide name and insurance information to the owner of the other vehicle.While shopping you return to your vehicle and find that it is dented and that it appears another vehicle has struck it. The person who did this failed to leave a note, or any other form of contact information.
  When someone uses your personal information to obtain a credit card, goods, services, employment, or medical information.Someone opens up a credit card account or phone service using your personal information.
  Dumping waste on public or private property or dumping waste into sewers or waterways.Someone dumps trash and an old chair on the side of the road or open field. Someone dumps oil into the storm drains.
  When property is missing or lost.You leave items in a restaurant or missing items from home.
  Your mail is taken without your permission.Mail known to be stolen and missing may be reported.

Lost mail is not a theft.

  Use this, to report a suspect that has concealed and/or removed merchandise that is for sale without paying.
NO DETAINED SUSPECT.
Merchandise was not recovered.
You were notified of a large ticket item missing and surveillance video provides evidence that the item was shoplifted. Happened in the past and no suspect detained.
  This report should only be used when you need to provide additional information on previously submitted reports.You filed a report last week and now have information that might lead to a named suspect. You filed a report and forgot to add the second suspect or need to add additional property.
  When property is taken without your permission. This does not include someone physically taking something from your person.Items stolen from your yard, driveway, porch or other common shared areas such as garages, business exteriors and apartment complexes.
  When money is taken as payment for promised services and those services are not delivered.You pay a contractor a down payment for a project. No work is done on the project and the contactor has stopped responding or has not provided an updated plan to complete the project. (Note)- this is not meant to report a contractor for doing substandard work. That is a civil problem and there are civil remedies for this situation.
  Facts and circumstances or questionable activity that cause you to suspect criminal activity may be occurring.There is a large amount of short stay traffic frequenting a home or location with no obvious purpose attached. Drug activity, criminal activity, suspicious persons.
  The intentional damaging, defacing or destroying of property of another. Does not include "Arson."Destruction of object(s). (Must be "Intentional" Damage) Graffiti of any kind, broken windows, "keying" a vehicle, mailbox damaged, or tires slashed.

  A vehicle accident where there are NO INJURIES or only property damage.You are involved in an accident where there is damage to your car BUT NOBODY IS INJURED OR RERQUIRES MEDICAL ATTENTION.

Generally, No follow up will be conducted on your accident.

  A person enters a vehicle without permission, with the intent of stealing property.While shopping you return to your vehicle to discover that someone has accessed your vehicle and stolen several items.
