Incident Type	Definition	Examples
Harassing Phone Call	Unwanted phone calls or text messages of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.	Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, threatening text messages, etc.
Interference with Child Custody	Parent or Suspect did not exchange child(ren) at stated time per court order. Must have court order to file report online. Child(ren) cannot be in any danger to file this report online. You MUST live within the Irving city limits or the offense MUST have occurred within the Irving city limits to file this report with the Irving PD.	Child(ren) are to be exchanged at a stated time per the court order and was not done.
Lost Property	When property is missing or lost.	Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home.
Supplement	An officer has already taken your original report and you would like to add some more information.	You realized that more property is missing, you have found the property you had originally reported as stolen, you have additional person information to report, etc.
Vandalism	The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property. The value of the damaged property must not exceed $2,500.00 to qualify for an online report.	Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
