Catalytic Converter Theft	Catalytic Converter is stolen from a motor vehicle.	Catalytic Converter is stolen from a motor vehicle.
Defrauding an Innkeeper	Obtaining food, fuel, or accommodations without paying as required.	Someone does a "dine and dash," someone does a gas drive off, or someone fails to pay for hotel or other lodging that they agreed to.
Forgery	Making copies or fakes of items or documents (such as identification or employment records) with the intent to deceive or pass them for authentic.	Someone tries to use a fake ID to make a purchase, someone uses altered documents to obtain goods or services.
Forgery - Passing Bad Checks	Providing someone with a fake check, a check that belongs to a closed account, a check that bounces due to insufficient funds in an account. This can also include someone who is using stolen checks and using them to make purchases.	Someone buys something from you using a bad check or someone is making purchases using lost or stolen checks that do not belong to them.
Fraud	Intentional deception to gain access to information, services, items, or financial gains.	Someone obtains telephone service using your identity, someone uses your information online, someone impersonates you, or someone tricks you to obtain your money or property.
Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card	A credit/debit card is used to make purchases without the authorization of the card holder.	Someone uses your credit card to make purchases without your permission.
Harassing Phone Call	Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.	Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.
Identity Theft	Using another person's name, social security number, driver's license, etc. to obtain credit/loans/services unlawfully.	Someone opens a credit card account using your information or applies for a loan using your information.
Lost Property	When property is missing or lost.	Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home.
Non-Injury Hit & Run Traffic Accident	When one or more parties flees the scene of a minor traffic collision with vehicle damage and no injuries, without providing required driver, vehicle and insurance information.	Damage caused by another vehicle in which the driver should have left information or fled the scene without stopping to provide information. This report can only be filed online if there were no witnesses or evidence left behind (e.g., a parked vehicle with collision damage and nothing indicating who was responsible).
Non-injury Single Vehicle Property Damage Only Traffic Accident	When one vehicle is involved in a collision with an object (other than another vehicle) with no injuries, sustaining vehicle and/or property damage and all parties have exchanged information.	You struck a pole in a parking lot and exchanged information with the property owner.
Non-Injury Traffic Accident	When two or more vehicles are involved in a minor traffic collision with no injuries, have sustained vehicle damage and all parties have exchanged information.	You have been involved in a minor traffic accident with another party, exchanged information and require a police report.
Package Theft	Your package was stolen.	Your package was taken from where it was delivered. For example, the delivery company placed it on the front porch and now it is gone.
Theft	Your property is taken without your permission.	Property known to be stolen and missing may be reported. Lost property is not a theft.
Theft from Vehicle	Property is stolen from a motor vehicle.	Stolen equipment or belongings from a vehicle.
Vandalism	The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property.	Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
Vandalism of a Vehicle	Tampering with a Motor vehicle.	Keying, broken windows, or attempts to remove parts.
