There are several different incident types that can be entered using the internet. Please select one from the list below and continue. If the incident you are reporting has a known suspect and doesn't not fall within the specific definitions below, please call us directly.

  A person uses the credit card or debit card of another person without the permission of the person the card was issued to.

Individuals may use this form to report the unauthorized use of their credit card or debit card. Businesses may use this form to report losses which occurred as the result of the unauthorized use of a credit or debit card.

Please note, only offenses which occurred in the city limits of the City of Lawton may be reported. Also, supporting documentation is required to be uploaded for your report to be accepted. Valid identification is required. Individuals must provide a copy of their credit card or bank statement showing the fraudulent charge(s). This statement must include the bank’s logo and the victim’s name and account information. Businesses must provide a copy of the official “charge back” notification.

A person takes a credit card belonging to someone else and then charges merchandise on the card without the permission of the card holder.
  Willful disobedience of custody terms outlined in a court order.A parent did not return a child at a specified time, per a child custody order.
  This category is for documentation of incidents which are not crimes but more of a civil dispute in nature. Reports filed under this category will be destroyed in 2 years and will NOT be forwarded to, or reviewed by, a detective. No further action will be taken.Civil Dispute
  FRAUD/UNLAWFUL USE OF COMPUTER/SYSTEM (FALSE PRETENSES/SWINDLE/CONFIDENCE GAME)Someone obtains a credit card using your S.S.N. or obtains phone service using your personal information.
  Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, scam/fraudulent calls etc. with no known suspects.
  Obtaining another person's identifying information and using it to obtain credit, goods or services.Someone obtains a credit card using your S.S.N. or obtains phone service using your personal information.
  When property is missing or lost.Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home.
  Providing supplemental information to a report that was already taken by the Police Department. You will need to have your original case number.You previously reported a burglary or theft to the Norman Police and now you have a complete list of property that was taken.
  Stealing of merchandise that was not paid for.1. Unknown/Unidentifiable person(s) come into a store, take beer and candy and exit the store without paying for the items. 2. Unknown/Unidentifiable person(s) change the purchase price of an item, pay the lesser amount, and exit the store without paying the correct price for the item.
  Request for an increased police patrol of your home while you are on vacation.

or House Watch for homes that are for sale, abandoned or in foreclosure.

You are leaving on vacation and you have concerns of possible burglaries, thefts, vandalism, etc.
  The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property.Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
  Property is stolen from a motor vehicle.Stolen equipment or belongings from a vehicle.
