Court Order Violation	Violations of the conditions of a court order. Do Not Use for Missing Child, Child Abduction, Abuse, or Domestic Violence Restraining Order Violation.	Child(ren) are to be exchanged at a stated time per the custody court order and it was not done. The Parent or Guardian failed to pick up or drop off, or was late.
Graffiti/Vandalism	The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property.	Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
Harassing Phone Call	Unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.	Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.
Hate Incident	An act committed because of one or more of the following actual or perceived characteristics of the victim: Disability, Gender, Nationality, Race or Ethnicity, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived above characteristics.	Hate-Motivated Insults, Distributing hate material in public places, Displaying hate material on your own property. Any act, not constituting a crime, of Interfering with, oppressing or threatening any other person in the free exercise or employment or any right or privilege secured by the constitution or laws because of one or more of the actual or perceived characteristics of the victim.
Hit and Run	Leaving the scene of an accident without providing license, insurance or vehicle information.	Damage caused by another vehicle and the driver left the scene without stopping to exchanging information. May be used for incidents where there are no or minor injuries.
Identity Theft	Suspect knowingly obtains, possesses, uses, or transfers identification or financial information of another person to obtain credit, goods or services.	Someone obtains a credit card using your S.S.N. or obtains phone service using your personal information. Does not include fradulent use of an existing account online or otherwise.
Lost Property	When you have lost or misplaced an item.	After shopping, you are unable to find your wallet.
Theft	Your property is taken without your permission.	Property known to be stolen and missing may be reported. Lost property is not a theft.
Traffic Accident	When a motor vehicle collides with another vehicle or object resulting in damage.	While stopped at a red light, your vehicle was rear-ended by another car.
Vehicle Burglary	Breaking into a vehicle to steal.	Smashing a window and stealing property from within a car.
Vehicle Tampering	Tampering with a Motor vehicle.	Keying, broken windows, or attempts to remove parts.
