Password Criteria
  1. Must be at least 8 characters long. Max length is 20
  2. Passwords will be case sensitive
  3. May not be the same as last 12 passwords
  4. May not have been used in last 90 days
  5. Cannot contain spaces
  6. Must contain any 3 of the following:
    7. • Uppercase alphabetic characters
    • Lowercase alphabetic characters
    • Numeric characters
    • Symbol characters. These are the symbols characters that are supported ~!@#$%^&*(){}
